Hey everyone.

I just bought a new camera and I'm pretty new to photography. I would like to get some feedback on some of my first shots I took on a walk through Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
It would be great to get some feedback, as I would really like to improve...

New to photography? These are amazing photos!

- nice DOF in the first
- interesting backlit composition on the second
- nice sharp details on the 3rd

i'm not big on selective coloring, however, i love the first one, usually that sort of thing is way over the top . . . but you've done it quite nicely here.

Cumi: I'm using a Canon 20D with the 18-55mm kit lens and the f/1.8 50mm. I really like the f/1.8 as it creates really nice DOF
