    i like the lighting but think its just a little too blown out. is thi the original or cropped version? would like it more if the guitar wasnt cut off. is there any area in particular you want critiqued? i cant really tell if the composition is working for me on this photo or not. but the overall feel of the photo is great. what kind of camera do you use?

    I'd go for a different pose and maybe sit with the guitar in it's proper position. It's almost laying down. I'd say don't take the picture in late afternoon with the sun going down (at least on that side of the house). Midday might've been a better choice. The lighting isn't half bad, but the shadows are a little dark and the highlights are a little blown out.

    I wasnt actually setting up for a picture.. I just woke up (see my pajama pants) and I was playing the guitar (i play it differently (holding postition)) and my mom came in and snapped a shot..

    So.. yeah.. lol
