I'd like to hear how you think I did. All critique and comments. Shot with a 50mm f/1.8 and 430ex flash.

You had to use a flash with a 1.8? The lighting must've been horrible, lol. I feel your pain. Were you sitting or standing when you took these shots? I don't see any problems with blur, so that's a good thing. You got some nice action shots here. I like #1 and #6.

Yes that gym is HORRIBLE!!! The lighting is very dim and the 2 lights over 2 of the baskets were out which just made it worse. Without flash I haven't been able to get a clear image its always super orange.
Some of them I was standing some of them I was on a knee.

We should start a nationwide rally, and demand for better lighting so us photographers can get what we want. :D hahaha

I love no 2,4 and 5,although no2 is a little out of focus it has great compo. In no 4 you shot the player at the perfect moment, great freeze on the shot but I would like to see the jumper/shooter in full frame. No 5 is my fav though the red wall in the backround is a little distracting but theres nothing you could have done about that,Id also clone out the spot light above there heads.
