First Video(C+C)

I just installed ML software on my 50D. Went out today to try to get some good video. I realize that I need a tripod/video stabilization system. This is my first time shooting video with the added benefits of additional lenses. Manually focusing a lens for video is quite an experience.

How do I embed the video into this forum from Flickr?

Yes, you need a tripod. Looked pretty good otherwise. I'd have backed off just a bit and raised up some to clear some of the "stuff" in the foreground. Are you planning on adding title, sound and transitions?

Thanks for the input. The stuff in the foreground were meant to be part of the artistic side, since there are lots of colors and patterns. I'm just trying to practice and improve capturing the video before moving on to the more advanced stuff.
