My first try off of P mode, but mainly just sticking to shutter and aperture priority. Any advice?

Pay attention to your histogram and highlight warnings. You're blowing out alot of critical details in some of them and in others, they could have benefited from more exposure.

You want to shoot as far right to the histogram as possible without blowing out, and if you do blow out, keep it in a range that you know you can recover.
