    Hi all, a quick question, what are fisheye lenses used for?

    well, you get almost the same width also with rectangular lenses.

    but the fisheye has the special fisheye distortion, which can be useful for purposes of image composition and impression.

    I use a 16mm Nikkor Fisheye ALOT! I luv that lense, I can get very creative composing a shot.
