Flash for studio and events

Hi, My name is Felipe and I'm from Brazil.

I have a nikon D200 and 3 SB-800, I use to cover small events, like kids party, but I'm thinking about get serious, with big events like Weddings and graduation, also with studio.

I don't know what kind of flash to use, if I have to use one set of powerful strobe in studio and small flashes in events or if possible use some kind of secondary flash for all situations.

I'm thinking on buy a METZ 76 and Quantuns T5D as secondary for use in events and 2 photoflex 1000w/s each with softboxes.
Is this combination OK? anyone could help me?
