Flash me

Well thanks to you guys i was able to find what should be perfect for me. I ended up with a used SB-28DX for 77 bucks on ebay!

So what is the best way to do a small off camera flsh set up. Like i said before i never really want to have time to setup lots of equipment and i need to contain it all in a small backpack. I really wouldnt mind a wired setup if it didnt have to be plugged in and it could reach like 10 feet.

Get the Gadget Infinity Cactus V2 triggers. One goes on the hotshoe of your camera, one goes on the hotshoe on the flash, and then you just need a bracket to attach the flash to a lightstand, and a lightstand. Should be pretty cheap, these triggers are like $20 on ebay.

YAAYYYY!!!!
Just bought some Cactus V2's and the sb-28 should be shipped tommorow. Cactus V2 will be shipped out monday. I guess now i need to start looking for a stand

EDIT:

Ok, im a little bit confused. What type of connection is on the bottom of the recieveing CActus V2? And what type of connection is on flash stands?

I feel like an idiot with all these posts now...

I learned that the V2 has 1/4 inch threads on the reciever alowing you to use a regular tripod...

But i found this little stand on ebay and threw a bid in on it
