Flash Unit for my wifes Sony A200

Hello,

I wish to buy my wife a flash unit that fits onto her Sony A200 DSLR for christmas. She is very keen to make better her shots, and I would like to know if anyone can recommend a unit that would fit. I have a budget (of Course..but for my wife money is no object!!!) of around $300/$400. Please can someone help me. I would ask her...but it would spoil the surprise.

Go to the dealer where she bought the camera, they'll sort the correct model for you. I know minolta lens fit these cameras but have no knowledge if the flashguns fit. H

Sony and Minolta flashes should work on the A200.
