I know the lights are blown out, its on purpose, green and red light looks interesting kinda twist on the term flood light.

Well, I don't quite understand your Photo 1 here and the inclusion of the orange pole on the far left - but I like how the light comes towards us as the reflection on the surface of that alleyway, and I like the bit of colour left in the sky (or the reflection of the city lights in that sky). I assume the pole of Photo 1 is the same that we see in Photo 2 closest to us (still far away, but you know which)?

totally different buildings. ones across the street from the other.. !!!

I just mean sometimes its more fun to let the light blow out a highlight.
