Um, im goign to be full on honest with this picture because its late and im tired.

That does not look like a bee
The bokeh isn't strong enough
background is distracting
not close enough to the insect
looks like a snapshot with a dslr
your lens are VERY VERY dirty

the flower is nice
if you were closer it would look a lot better
its sharp

I am not sure how to explain this since I am new to photography but maybe if you turned down the vibrance or saturation in a processing program. It's one of the two I think. Then again maybe I am completely off, is it contrast or hue or something haha I think someone out there knows what I mean

and to the other that said that the lens is dirty, i saw black specs on the top middle of the screen i believe, i need to recheck

the background is the flaw. any reason for not lowering your camera?

I agree with wimfoto. too much white stuff. try cropping it out. maybe use a higher fstop. the vibrant colors in the background is diverting attention from the main subject

actually my lens was not dirty its something on the fence.

this is a good composed picture with a darker background which provides more contrast. it is over exposed but you can fix that. nice job.
