    I'm hoping to get some feedback on the DOF. Would ou rather have the flowers in the back more in focus?

    Well, in direct reply to your question, Dani: yes, I think I would have liked those in the back more in focus. That was my immediate thought, even before I got down far enough to read your question. Other than that, though, this is really nice: the light is beautiful, and so are the flowers, which here only ever grow in flower pots (but not with me ... plants need to be really sturdy to survive with me!).
