Flowers

I'm currently working in sout west Texas where the land is flat and very brown. Small flash of color from the edge of my hotel parking lot taken in the early evening light.

Neg:

• Not crazy about the composition, too centered
• Sharpest focus seems to be on some of the leaves, rather than the flowers
• Part of the bottom flower is cut off

Pos:

• Beautiful colors

Give it another shot!

Using input received on this forum, I do believe this one came out better.

I played with different settings and waited for a bit softer light. I'm much happier with the results.
