For Olympus-E users: every day lens issues with the E-500

Im looking at the 50-200mm tele zoom, and the 11-22mm wide zoom zuiko lenses. I would like to know what people think of these, and to people who have them, what are your experiences with them like? Any noticable negative aspects? Im new to the E-system, liking it, and would like to know the potential of the new glass. Olympus has the philosophy that the lenses are your greatest weapons for image quality, not the lenses, so id like to know what people think so i can head in the right way.
