I like the contrast & the texture of the water, but I wonder if it might be a bit too busy in the background? I wouldn't mind maybe seeing bokeh in the BG, that would pull my eye a little more toward her.

Was it intentional to draw the hillsides down to her?

I like it, but would have preferred background blur.
 
Its a very nice portrait, as ^^^ said, a Larger aperture would of brought more attention to the subject, but I like seeing the whole scene as I think you were trying to capture the entire moment, including the scene and not just her face.
