Forum or Gallery??

If I am wanting people to view and comment on the photos I post, should I put them in the Gallery or Forum? I don't really understand the forum downloading process - it seems a little complicated to me. I've only been a member for a day, and already feel like giving up ...... Bee

Some of our forums are designed to be Question and Answer places.
Like those under Foundations of Photography, for example.

The Galleries are THE places to post your photos, though, and to get comments or even some kind of critiquing.

The Critique Forum is a place to put out photos that you want very, very seriously critiqued and you must be open for even a lot of negative critique, if your submitted photo requires that. It is the most strictly organised forum with guidelines that need to be read first and observed later to get out of Critique what it is willing to give.

TPF Café is a place for all sorts of conversations, chit-chat, anything.
