I just found a whole bunch of old FD lenses and an a1, and was wondering whether I could get some information into what they are all about.

    body

    1978 canon a1

    lenses

    -Canon 28-85mm 1:4 macro
    -Canon 15mm 2.8 fisheye
    -Canon 17mm f4 wide angle
    -tokina 28-85mm f3.5-4.5 macro

Which ones are worth playing around with, considering film is at a few bucks/roll.

Not exactly sure what type of information you are asking.

A photographer/educator by the name of Nakamura has some good information about your camera:

    Also www.canon.com/museum for specifications

Worth "playin" with???? well that's all up to you. The A1 is certainly a good camera and so are the lenses. I shoot with a boat load of cameras that many wouldn't consider worth the time... but I enjoy them thus it is worth it to me.
