I like it. Creative way of looking at the scene. Definitely says "crash". Maybe try a tighter crop just above the roof.

not really. The firemen are doing something, but what? Are they saving someone? Is there an animal on the road maybe or are they working to get the burned wreck out of the way. And what really happened there? Was it a single car fire? Were several cars involved?

It probably all seems clear to you, because you were there. And if you simply want to show us 'there was an accident', this will do. But it surely raises questions this way.

But I still like the idea.
