Framing/Bordering Images?

Can anyone give me a simple tutorial that produces a NICE fram around my images. I found one but my actions palette, But as embarrasing as it is.. I cant find my actions pallett in CS3 to get started

it simple u just increase the canvas size to how ever big u want the border to be.. u just have to increase the hight and width the same amount

Select All (Control A)

Select ->Modify -> Border (Alt S + M ) to about 60ish depending on your image)

Edit -> Fill (Alt E + L ) Play with the opacity and mode...I use 85% and Luminosity

Deselect (Control D )

That will give you something like this (with your image in it of course)

I'd like to recommend a small software nEOiMAGING. You'll find it is easy to add frame and logo to your photo.

The only problem with this way is it actually puts the frame inside the picture versus the canvas tool does it outside.
