Looks great to me. Retained a lot of detail for a crop too can sorta see some sweat on his brow.

It's a keeper. Perfect exposure and he really stands out against the dark background,

Thanks a lot! I shot this with a Nikon D700 with a 50mm 1.8 lens. The aperture was 2.8, ISO was 800, shutter speed was 1/200.
