way beyond my snowboarding skills, but then I'm more into downhill than freestyle. Nice shot too... what kind of camera? and did you have any kind of flash helping out?
Strobist- 1x Canon 580ex lower left at 1/2, 1x Nikon sb-24 upper right at 1/4

Do you shoot action sports professionally?
no, but i am the team photographer for my local skate shop.
Every time the team takes a trip downstate somewhere i get to tag along and skate with them and take photos.
That's pretty cool. Should we expect to see more action sports shots from you?
How do you like that lens for action sports? I do a lot of skate photography and I've been wanting to get that lens for a while now.
i think its safe to say that i will be putting up photos all season
and as far as the dude asking about the 17-40 L i would say its a nice ass lens but i would suggest getting a tokina 10-17mm or canon 15mm if your wanting to shoot wide angle skating/snowboarding.
I have the 17-40 as well. I love that lens to death.
Peter S. I go to Interlochen. Pretty ironic that you're shooting in Traverse City. SO MUCH SNOW.
