FS: Nikon D200 + Extras

Due to financial problems, I'm going to have to put my photography on hold.
I am selling my Nikon D200. It has less than 4000 clicks. I bought this new 4-5 months ago. It is in great condition. There are no scratches, dents, or cracks. It's like-new.
I am also selling my Nikon AF-S 18-55mm.
Other things included are: lens hoods (for the D200 and 18-55mm), one (1) compact flash memory card, camera bag, two (2) lens bags, two (2) batteries, wall charger, two (2) filters (UV and ND grad; both fit the 18-55mm), unused neck strap, original box, and instruction manual.

Price: $725, shipping included.

I apologize, but I do not have another camera to take pictures of all this. Maybe I can borrow a friend's digital camera.
