FS: Nikon D90 and MB-D80 grip

I'm selling a like new, Nikon D90 with 15 months left on the warranty. It is in MINT condition with ~2500 actuations on the shutter. It comes with all cables, manuals, 8 Gig SDHC card, and original packaging! Along with the camera, I am selling the MB-D80 vertical grip with it along with its original packaging and two batteries. I am asking for $900 FIRM! I MAY sell separately if the price is right.

I would prefer to sell locally in the Chicagoland area.

Interested to upgrade from D70 to D90, I'd like to have the battery grip but not sure if I need it right now. Would you consider selling D90 by itself, if so, how much?
