FUJIFILM FINEPIX S100FS or FUJIFILM FINEPIX S200EXR?

I am an amateur photographer and I am getting my first DSLR. It's between the FUJIFILM FINEPIX S100FS and the FUJIFILM FINEPIX S200EXR, NO Canons and Nikons, just FUJIFILM!!! Any suggestions with reason?

Get a s5 if you have the funds, you wont regret it. Better ivestment than the ones you have suggested as you will outgrow them rather quickly.

I've heard good things about the 200EXR, but like what was mentioned above, S5's if you can find them are going pretty cheap, and the 200EXR is pretty expensive for a point and shoot.

Make sure that you get one of the Fuji's that will accept Nikon lenses....

I hear that the color processing from the Fuji DSLR's is wonderful. I have seen S5's sell for as low as $400.00 around here.
