Fun with baby pics!

Background, lighting, etc. are not great in these--I was just trying to focus on pose and expression. I took these with my G2. I'm having issues with the autofocus but it definitely does best in natural light, like in the first pic. Maybe these should be in snapshots--I wasn't sure where to put them, since I'm almost always practicing for what might make a nice portrait *if* I were properly set up! Thanks for looking!

the first and third are nice. the flash on number two is a bit harsh. looks like she wasn't quite ready for it lol.
I agree that the bg arn't fantastic, but you have captured the expressions really well.

I find toddlers and babies are the hardest to photograph. I think we are always trying to capture the beautiful innocence that their eyes tend to give us when the camera isnt on them. I love # 3
