i have a 2 in 1 l.e.d flash light..has a spot and flood l.e.d option(think it came from wal-mart)...i turned on the flood part and had it in the back left of the lil setup i threw together tonight, and was just using the built in flash on my nikon d3000

i took a quick look and my iso was set at 400, would setting it any lower reduce the noise, or is it the fact im using the standard 18-55mm lens that came with my camera
