Could someone critique these? They seem to have gone 3 pages back without any comment at all. I am learning the new camera and would like to know if I am on the right track.

    yah things move quick here!

hmm I would say you are doing well with the apatures - getting a good depth of field, though I think you might try to increase you f number (decrease you appature) by one movment - just to get a little extra as some appear to be just on the boards of seriously having too little depth of field.

Colours and lighting in all 3 are good and you are getting the focus right.
Composition looks to be doing well as well, however it does seem that you are getting the subject a little close to the edge - a little most space to make the shots feel a little less cramped perhapse.

Good work you are on the right track - keep going

ps = it helps with commenting loads if you state in post which camera and lens you were using. Also adding the apature, ISO and shutter speed just below each photo helps as well (get it off the propertise of the photos)

im not a fan of the border in #1 and i wis thde crop was a little looser. Great exposure and dof though

Same with the other minus the border. They need a little bit more room but good color and dof.

You are definitely on the right track!

I agree with the critiques from the first poster and also agree that the border on the first one is really distracting.

Other than that, great shots. I love the rich colors on the iris picture.
