Did some shots for the owner of a company that has been selected for the top 100 fastest growing Aggie-owned businesses...won't know if he's number 1 or 100 or somewhere in between for a while though :)

just wanted to know your thoughts on these. he chose one I didn't expect him to choose, so I'd like to know what yall think...

Thanks!!

I really like #1 the best. He appears to be a caring and less harsh. I agree that 2B is better than #2. I also really like the last even though it's not as business like.

Will out these I like #1 most, #5 next and them #2b, personally I not big fan of emphasize rings in portraits

Great pics - #1 is the winner in my books !! Great catchlights and lovely dof imo. #5 next, love your b&w tones ... wanna share your tricks?? Jemma x

I like #1 because of the lighting and the angle in which it was taken.

thanks for the comments everyone!

Normally I'd agree with you, but there is a huge amout of school pride and honor associated with Aggie rings, and since it's for an aggie contest/publication, i figured it would be a nice touch.

Love love love number 1.

That one is the "hey, I am a nice business owner, but I am stern and set"...

Number 4 is also great, but it is more of a "I own this business dammit, and I
will do what I want with it!" kinda pose. :)

Fine series, Daniel.
