G'Day from Down-under

Hi everyone. Kinda posting here a bit late, but still.
Like everyone here, I'm into photography & hoping to go Pro one day.

Unlike everyone though, I'm into Astronomy, Philately, Numismatics and Cycling. I live in a small city named Geraldton, In Western Australia. I am currently limited by the fact that I dont yet have my Drivers Licence, but that should soon change. I don't have any problem with editing image's, but will only do so if the original is not pleasing to me.

For Example, Whilst experimenting with macro, I took this image of a Scour:

And after some crafty Manipulation, I turned it into this Image:

Notice how interesting it looks compared to the original? It almost looks like an alien landscape!
