General Wildlife shots

Although I hate the thought of animals in captivity I decided to go out to the day to our local Wildlife Park with my wife... here are a few choice piccies taken for your perusal.

Those shots are really nice!! I love the expressions on the birds.
The first eagle looks like it's about to have a nervous breakdown. The owl looks like such a snob too!

I hate zoos too. Everytime I go to one, I think it's gonna be different. But you always see the crazy animals pacing around their pens. Granted, some zoos are great but others just make me want to cry.

Love the owl's expression in #2 and the eagle in flight, the chains are sad though. It could be my monitor, but some of them are a little dark for me.

I know.. the chains are a real bugbear for the animals.. but they dont seem to mind. Aethetically I have removed them in #9 for artistic purposes, just wish that could be done for real! Have viewed the images on a CRT and an LCD, none seem that dark... which ones?
