    The origional file for this photo is 4.4MB and has been reduced to 79KB to post it.

    Question: Has the reduction affected the detail in the photo that you see on your monitor ?
    Perhaps I should be uploading larger files.

    Well it's a very well composed shot! but rather think it is lacking in detail, but then again i do'nt know what the original was like, love the water droplets.

    it comes across a little soft on my monitor which might be due to the compression. I agree with dalebe though, the composition looks great, and I think you did a nice job with the DoF here as well. The droplets came out nicely too.

    only one thing, (sorry i hope i don't sound rude) the plant is acutly a Pelargonium.
    But this doesn't matter much.

    that's a veryn ice picture! I think that it didn't loose details but maybe a bit of sharpness... it looks a bit soft here or maybe it was intentional?

    it is soft on my monitor, and i think the colors could be more vibrant

    i like the drops

    I think in this case the softer, les vibrant version is the better,
