Damn I'm lovin this thread! There are a few I am going to on this weekend. I hope to get some great photos of that first town. It goes back too, like circa 1870's. And to my east is the underground city of Old Havre, Montana. The old city is litterly underground. Gotta check that out, too.

Are most of these touristy type spots? Or are they pretty much empty?

I've been to a few in the mountains of Colorado with family, but was disappointed to find that they were crowded and too touristy to get any really good shots.
