Giant shop display

Korean eyewear shop opened recently, have posted a couple of shots of their weird displays but this one is the most extravagant I think I have seen for a while, at least for creepiness.

It's a giant - two storey man in really amazing detail - if you zoom in you can see every hair, pore and skin crease - Certainly impressive but cannot help wondering how they intend to keep it clean/dust settling on it?
