Nice photos. I really love the touch in these. It's really cool to see something different in here, you have shared an awesome group of photos. Well done. And thx for sharing.
Oh wow these are fantastic!
Love the hi-key effect and off centre compo. of the first one and the in-your-face pose. The post processing you've done works a treat on all of these.
the second really evokes a dream-like feeling; I'm sure she'll chereish these for many years to come.
The third one strikes me as a classic 'heading off into the woods to play' type shot. really well done.
The fourth one the expression on her face is priceless and the positioning of her body and hands really makes for a wonderful composition.
The last one roks! love the toning on it and the angle of course
thank you for all the really nice comments!!
i've gotten a few pm's asking about the actions i used.
1. wasn't a particular action, just some tweaking with levels.
(ok, lots of tweaking) i don't think i could reproduce it if i tried.
2. a duotone action was used here, if anyone is interested, i'll find
the name of the action and post it.
3. & 4. i used 'midnight sepia' for both of these.
it's one of my favorite actions and i really have to be careful to force myself
to NOT overuse it. i think if you google it, it's pretty easy to find.
5. wasn't an action either, just more tweaking.
again, thank you so much for the kind words. this is just one of my children.
fortunate for me, she still loves to dress up and ham for the camera.
