Nice photo. Maybe it's just me but there seems to be a lot of blue in this photo. Maybe lighten it up a little? I'm new here to and look forward to seeing more of your work.

Next, what sort of 'mood' are you trying to achieve?

Finally, work on composition.

^^Looks nice to me, work on composition. And that guy at the top of the picture is very distracting.

Clone out that guy's head... it makes the picture so bad. Next time, try to either get enough of the person to make it interesting, or keep the person completely out of the picture. A little blip like that is not only useless for your picture, but also annoying to the eye.

And yeah, the horizon... horizontal.
