Go-To Lens

I do not have a go to lens. When shooting for myself, Often, I will choose a lens to challenge my shooting skills, which in-turn tends to add optical drama to my images. As an example, recently I shot street with a fisheye on on camera and a 200mm on another. I've shot flowers with a 500mm and football with a 28mm. I do not have a go to lens. I won't limit my vision with a go to lens.

How old is that football shot? Has to be early 1990's. nice shots!

My go-to lens on Nikon was the Sigma 17-70 2.8-4 C lens. It was a really sharp lens, and great for walking around. Second to that was the 35mm 1.8.

in 3 years?! :aiwebs_016:
that is amazing skill development.
her pictures are top quality!
how'd she land the Olympic gig?
Not Talent... LOT of Hard Work and risks.
She went from playing with her Rebel XT + kit lens in 2009 to being a Photo Tech at the Olympics in 2012.
I've never seen anyone work so hard at her photography.

Her Photography instructor was shooting at the Olympics, he needed an assistant. She is British and has friends in London willing to spare a couch. This saved on the accommodation.
