First thought was "headshot". But I also notice there's a clean parting-line that shows clearly where to separate the head from the body.

This looks fresh from the camera. Could use some color and definition (sharpness) on the feathers and head. Otherwise, good (tasty) shot.

nah, it's processed. I have an XTi, and a 55-250IS... to make things worse, it was early morning. Not a good time to take good pictures with my setup.
