It's a cool statue...and the pic is from a fun angle....I'm not one to critique the actual photo...but as for "powerful"...the person that said "It looks like a concrete horse"...I think what they meant by that is that, is NOT that they didn't know it was concrete...but that is all the photo says to them...not that it's powerful...even from the cool angle...just that it only says...Hey i'm a concrete horse. KWIM?

Anyway..I like the pic..and having never been there...it's neat to me...

I think if you had that angle on a live animal...it's be quite awesome!
