Yesterday morning I went out hoping for a foggy morning. Instead, I found cold, clear weather. I saw this shot as I was hiking alongside a clearing of trees. The morning sun was coming through the trees and lighting up this tree with beautiful side light. I originally took the shot in the landscape orientation. However, I felt that the portrait orientation (with cropping) had less distractions. I added a vignette to bring attention to the tree. Any comments or critiques would be appreciated.

I really enjoy the soft side light coming in, makes the shot nice and moody.

The top of the tree doesn't seem super sharp to me ... not sure, though. Maybe it's just because it's blending in a bit with the background.

Thanks for the comments guys. I appreciate it.
