The 700d is also a fine camera, I had the 550d it was great, this 700d is newer and better. They are all good. I must have misread your post, I don't know to much about video, mostly stills, but do know they all do nice stills, but the Sony also excel at video

If you can get a Sony A6000 for your budget you'll likely be happy. It's a well rounded camera. The d3300 is nice also. You really can't go wrong with your list, the Sony a6000 ,though is more able than the other 3 listed

Don't you think the 700D is better than the D3300 for video? Articulating LCD, touch screen, silent lens. They also say that the focus motor of the D3300 and D5300's kit lens is loud.

probably but (with Canon system) it's better to have the STM lens for video
And mirrorless systems are generally better for video
