Good horizon

Hi!

Sometimes when I create a panorama with photoshop, it happens to 'break' the horizon in some parts/ like this:

How can I fix this issue in the best possible way? I tried patching and cloning, but that just brings the 'break' to another place.

Enter quickmask and paint on the misaligned area, exit quickmask and press ctrl/J to duplicate selection and move up to align.
