Yes, posting the shot direct is much better: a lot of folks won't click on links (and I rarely do myself).

Too much dead space. The moon is washed out and blurred. There are some excellent threads on moon shooting here. You need faster shutter, and or lower ISO and or smaller f-stop. That'll bring the moon in better, but will increase the silhouette effect. So, if you want the foreground to have more detail, you'll have to shoot earlier in the day for the extra brightness.
