Good Sight to learn the basic

I am sure there got to be a site where I can learn the basic, such as WB, ISO, Shutter.........and so on.

I am currently taking my first photography class, but I want to be ahead of the game. Can someone please suggest me a good site. Thanks.

http://www.rogerandfrances.com/ has a 'Photo School' section, with some free modules. The free modules include the basics. They are well written and well illustrated. Roger Hicks and Frances Schulz are regular contributors to a few photo magazines.
