    #2 for me also, great eye. I just noticed your signature, do you have other pics from rocket launches? i posted one a few weeks ago. I have seen 2 other vapor trails, but this was the first time I got to see the actual rocket. I managed to get two of the trails on film... again love that shot of the stream!

    JTHphoto: I was afraid people would mis-interpret my sig, it actually has nothing to do with rockets, Its just my nickname (durrived from the street bike company Joe Rocket), Although I am interested I have never photographed a rocket, rocket trail or anything of that sort, the pic on the sig is actually just a design made with the moon on a low shutter speed then shrunk to be the shape of a sig. sorry for the confusion....maybe I should go with "Joe Rocket Photography"?

    joe, sorry, didn't mean to create any confusion, i can see the moon now, i just did some similar shots a while back. It just looks very similar to one of the shots i have of the rocket trails... just a coincidence ;)
