This sequence of shots were taken in a town garden. The powerful graphium, the Common bluebottle was feeding on some white flowers.

Within a split second this perfectly camoflage Crab spider grab it.

The powerful serum of this small killer rendered the strong flyer hapless within seconds.

As this is the way nature works, I did not interfere with the whole process.
All taken with Canon 300D with 75-300mm IS + 25mm extension tube. 1st pix at 1/200, f11, 2nd at 1/200, f16, and 3rd at 1/200, f18. All at ISO 200 with omnibounced fill flash from Sigma 500 Super DG at -2/3 FEC.
    Hope you enjoy this sequence.

Thanks for all the great comments. Crab spiders are masters of disguise. This one mimic the flower so well that their vitims are totally unaware of their presence.
