kk this is my first go at posting a photo, so i hope it works n soz if its really huge. tell me what ya think

Nice shot. I sort of wish that it were a more direct shot of the graffiti, so that I could get a better look at it...but on the other hand, including the environment adds to the overall feel of this photo. Plus, there is that pigeon that is having it's own look.

Nice work, exposure & contrast are also really good.

It's even bigger than my screen, which is set to the highest possible resolution - therefore it will be waaaayyy huge on other people's screens, I guess.

Anyhow. Love it.
There's a theme on Graffiti in the Photo Themes somewhere. This would need to go there, too. Will go and dig it up for you - I have a couple of new graffiti pics somewhere, too, though mine are a lot less dramatic than yours.

The contrasts are great. I agree with all the above comments. Too big for me at one time as well.
