Hello all, just a few posts of 2 of my 3 brilliant children.. (My little girl wanted pink hair and lipstick, so pp needed) My eldest boy tried to race the incoming waves on our local beach..

All cc welcome and needed as very new to people photography, what do you think??

Running boy is a good shot, I'd have used a smaller aperture on the girl as focus/DOF is a bit off, its hard with kids being impatient a flash helps freeze the subject and lets you use narrow apertures for close up shots like this. H

Like the running boy. Nice. The pp on the girl is just not good though.

Thanks all. To be honest I was just experimenting in photoshop with my little girl. The soft look was the result of the noise ninja filter as i was using my speedlight. You can't really tell on this low res image but the eyes are sharp on my screen.

I think I was pretty lucky to catch my eldest in full flight. Don't they move fast!!!
