Greetings from texas! (newbie inside)

Hey forum people! Well i've always showed interest in photography. My first camera phone triggered the bug. I moved up every time and actually bought a 5mp samsung that helped me learn a few more things. Not a horrible start right? Well i started doing editing with cs3 and got hooked. Three days ago was my 18th birthday and i went ahead and picked out a camera. I chose a fujifilm s1000fd because that was the closest thing i can afford to a dslr (Hopefully soon ill get one though). Well enough babling and on to my amature stuff!

(the first two were only a little tweaked on CS3, last one i got creative)
These arent the best but ive only had the camera for 3 days.

This is one i took with my old 5mp camera phone =P

And another taken with my gf's point and shoot and edited on CS3.
