i was sitting on the river bank just below the lincoln memorial not long ago and thought this may work...not sure though as it still may be a bit dark and i may need to crop some off the top. the tire is for gull recreation. :meh:

hmmm, I don't think I would have noticed the tire unless you'd mentioned it. Maybe brighten the image just a bit more?

I think it adds to the picture, plus I want to see just a little more in the foreground.

I wouldn't crop any off the top; I love it!

Got some good textures in the picture especially on the top where the waves have a good pattern. You sure know how to give a picture mood.

yep, i agree. i already lightened it some before posting and have been looking at what i can do. thanks a lot for the comment as always Ernie.
