Remember, remember the fifth of November, Gunpowder, treason and plot, I see no reason why gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot.

I went to a firework display last night on the 400th anniversary of the failed plot, and took some images.

The battery on my camera ran out...and thus have very few pics of fireworks, but many of a very impressive fire.

I like the ideas of the shots you have going there, a tripod for some of them would have done them alot of justice, I do like the sparklers one though :) And the green firework looks great.

    Sparklers are great :)

I'd recommend you invested in a tripod though, it makes an amazing difference!

    I shall get one tomorrow.

It's beeen on the cards for ages.

But i'm very stingy, and even though I have recently come into money (Bithday) Ive spent less than 5% of it in 3 weeks.

Good choice - I put it off for ages as well. As a fellow stinge, I can assure you that it is an excellent investment.
